Good luck to the Racing Pigeon members who have races from Bloemfontein (21 August 2010) and Springfontein (28 August 2010).

        On the golf course, the Dutch reformed church will have a golf day on 21 August, the annual Mogol, Vaalwater and Swartwater competition takes place on the 28th.

        The Fire arm festival will also take place on 28 August 2010.
